This document establishes the contractually binding Terms of Sale between you (the “Customer” or “Buyer”) and Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you purchase any product via our official e-commerce platform operated under the brand Nobl Travel EU.

By placing an order on this Site, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our integrated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Section 1 — Scope of Contract & Order Acceptance

Binding Offer: Your order placement constitutes a legal offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC. A binding contract is only formed when we transmit a formal Order Confirmation Email to your verified email address.
Fulfillment Discretion: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for legitimate reasons. This includes, without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by dealers, unauthorized resellers, or distributors.
Made-to-Order Processing: You acknowledge that some products may be configured or prepared individually based on your order parameters. Therefore, inventory control and fulfillment are subject to standard processing timelines.

Section 2 — Pricing, Payments, and Billing

Currency and Adjustments: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the exact price displayed at checkout at the moment the order is processed.
Secure Payment Processing: Our online storefront uses a secure payment and checkout platform. We accept major payment methods processed via encrypted gateways. You agree that your billing details must be current, accurate, and fully complete.
Inaccurate Billing Info: If your payment card issuer rejects authorization or if billing information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the immediate right to suspend or cancel your transaction without liability.

Section 3 — Shipping, Time Timelines, and Delivery

Shipping Thresholds: We offer free or discounted shipping on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. For orders below applicable thresholds, precise shipping costs are dynamically generated and displayed at checkout.
Processing and Delivery Window: Because some products require individual preparation and quality control inspections, our standard operational pipeline consists of:
- 2 to 5 business days for internal preparation and fulfillment processing.
- 7 to 15 business days total delivery timeframe for the package to safely arrive at your destination.

Section 4 — No-Hidden-Fees Customs Guarantee (DDP)

We operate under a global DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) framework wherever possible.

Prepaid Import Costs: We assume financial responsibility for applicable international import taxes, custom clearances, administrative border fees, and local duties where our DDP service applies.
Zero Unexpected Fees: The price you pay at checkout is final. You will not be required to pay supplementary charges to local customs authorities or delivery couriers upon arrival, except where local law requires otherwise and we have clearly disclosed it at checkout.

Section 5 — Risk of Loss and Transit Assurance

Corporate Accountability: Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC retains structural risk of loss and ownership of the product until it is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Transit Damage Coverage: In the rare event that your order sustains transit damage or logistical defects prior to delivery, we will promptly execute a prioritized replacement or process a full refund upon verification.

Section 6 — Amendments & Address Constraints

It is the customer's strict responsibility to provide comprehensive and accurate delivery coordinates at checkout.

Address modifications can only be accommodated if requested via info@nobltravel-us.com before the order enters our automated dispatch queue. Once a shipment is handed over to our logistical partners, it cannot be rerouted, cancelled, or amended in transit.

Section 7 — Returns, Refunds & Bespoke Goods

We operate with confidence in our products, which is why we offer a risk-free purchase experience:

30-Day Evaluation Window: You have a full period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product if you are not entirely satisfied. The product must remain unused and securely packed in its original box configuration with all protective materials intact.
Return Shipping Reimbursed: Upon authorizing your return request, you may ship the item back via your preferred carrier. Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC will fully reimburse your return shipping expenses as soon as the package is logged into our facility, where applicable.
Zero Restocking Fees: We do not penalize our customers; no administrative or restocking fees will be applied to your return unless otherwise stated.
Fast Payouts: Within 3 to 5 business days from the exact date your return package arrives back at our warehouse, we will execute a full refund directly back to your original payment method.

Section 8 — Promotional Compliance (e.g., Bundles)

Orders executed under a promotional structure (such as a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” campaign) are calculated fractionally. If you return an item that was part of a promotional bundle, your structural refund will be equal to that specific item's purchase price minus the baseline retail value of the free item you choose to retain. This ensures transparent, balanced, and equitable commerce.

Section 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale, along with any transactional disputes, actions, or claims arising between you and Ridgewell Supply Co., LLC, shall be governed exclusively by, construed under, and enforced in accordance with the laws of 82001. Any legal proceedings must be initiated solely before the competent courts of 82001.
